Your profile in the MyGoodwill Directory allows you to share your contact and background information with other MyGoodwill users across the network. Also within your profile, you may join and leave email listservs. To reset your Password from your profile, view the MyGoodwill Password Reset guide.
ACCESSING YOUR PROFILE
Log in to MyGoodwill. Access your MyGoodwill profile by clicking on your name from the utility navigation near the top right. Click on MyGoodwill Profile.
Editing your Profile
Your profile is organized in four sections, designated by the tabs at the top. They are Contact Info, Goodwill Role, Education & Experience, and Email Lists and Networks.
Adding as much information as possible makes it easier for your peers to identify your background, experience and role at your Goodwill®.
While on any tab within your profile, select the Edit Profile link to add to or change your profile information. Navigate through the tabs using the Back and Next buttons that appear. Remember select the Save button after all modifications have been made. You may also select Close without Saving if no changes are needed.
Adding Your Photo
In the Contact Info tab, upload a professional photo (A square format of 200 pixels by 200 pixels is recommended.)
MANAGING YOUR EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS
In the Email Lists and Networks tab, manage your listserv subscriptions.
Send an email to any listserv displayed by clicking on the hyperlinked name of the listserv when you are not in edit mode.
Adding or Removing Your Listserv Subscriptions
To view and join additional listservs, edit your profile and navigate to the Email Lists and Networks tab.
Select your preferences and Save your changes. Note that the changes take up to 24 hours to go into effect.
