How to Use the MyGoodwill Directory

The MyGoodwill Directory provides access to information about Goodwill® employees and locations across the network. Access the Directory via the blue tile section of the MyGoodwill homepage. Or, from any page of the MyGoodwill site, you may access the Directory from the icon in the Utility navigation.

PRIMARY FEATURES OF THE DIRECTORY

The directory search contains two areas – a user search and a location search. Items within each area are related and linked (for example, a user record will link to the Goodwill agency that the user is associated with. That record will reflect users associated with that agency in addition to locations affiliated with that agency and services offered at those locations).

User Search
Click on the USER SEARCH button to search for users with profiles in the MyGoodwill directory. Multiple filters appear that aid your search including name, role, location, primary organization area and more. Click on the green Search button after entering criteria to perform the search.

Location Search
Click on the LOCATION SEARCH button to search for Goodwill agencies. Search filters include the location’s name, physical location; you can filter to return only Goodwill agencies if desired. Click on the green Search button after entering criteria to perform the search.

Accessing Profile Details
Click on the hyperlinked name of the search result that you wish to explore: Click on a user name to navigate to the User Profile; click on a Goodwill location name to navigate to the Location Profile.

At any time, you may perform another search by clicking on the Return to Directory Search Page link. Clear all previously entered data by clicking on the New Search button.

User Profiles
Tabs include Contact Info, Goodwill Role, Education and Experience, Email Lists and Networks. The user’s vCard can be exported for future reference (view this guide for more details on this).

Location Profiles
Tabs include Headquarters Info, Location Listing and People. Each profile can be assessed by clicking on the link for more information. Read more about location listings.
